These terms describe the basic rules for using Agata Web and an Agata account during the beta period.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity connected to your account. Agata may restrict or remove access if an account is misused or violates community rules.

Journal and AI content

Agata provides journaling, reflection, summary, and insight features. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete and is for self-reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

Community

If you use community features, be respectful, protect privacy, and do not post content that harms, harasses, impersonates, or exposes private information about others.

Beta changes

Agata is evolving. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change as the beta develops.
